Yearlong Members Weigh Slip Submission

Yearlong Tournament Submission Procedure – Effective April 1, 2025

Fill out the Weight Slip with your catch information (print legibly, an illegible will not be accepted).
The Weigh Station staff will weigh your fish, enter the weight and sign the Weight Slip.
Take BOTH copies of the Weigh Slip with you.
Take a picture of the Weight Slip.
Go to the Flagler Sportfishing Club website and click on Fishing.
Select Year Long Tournament Submission”.
Fill out and submit the form along with the picture of your Weight Slip.
Keep the Weigh Slips as proof of your catch.
