I understand that club dues are $90 per year. The club year runs from January 1 through December 31, and membership includes your spouse or partner, any children under the age of 18, and any grandchildren under the age of 18.*

I acknowledge that at this clubs events or related activities I may be photographed / videoed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the Flagler Sportfishing Club & its Sponsors.*
