November From the Helm

I am delighted to share some highlights from our recent Flagler Sportfishing Club events. The Surf Fishing tournament was a resounding success, and I couldn’t be prouder of my wife and son for their enthusiastic participation and memorable experience.

I had the pleasure of volunteering to help serve food at the weigh-in, witnessing firsthand the excitement and camaraderie that make our club events so special. A huge shoutout to Amy for her fantastic organization of the tournament, ensuring it was a day filled with joy and friendly competition.

Additionally, our Club Picnic was a hit, drawing in a wonderful turnout and creating lasting memories for those who were able to attend. I, unfortunately, couldn’t make it due to work commitments, but I heard nothing but positive feedback about the event. Your active participation truly makes these gatherings a success, and I appreciate everyone’s support in making our events such a hit.

As we gear up for the next club meeting, I want to inform all members that we’ve shifted the date to the second Tuesday in November. I urge each of you to mark your calendars and join us for what promises to be an insightful and engaging gathering. Your presence is vital in shaping the future of our club, and I look forward to seeing you there.

Tight lines and warm regards, Capt. Adam Morley
